Impossible to get a cut with a walk-in with the forever wait....
Twice I have taken my kids to this place in hopes to get hair cuts. I have yet to and will not be going back again. This latest time we were told there was only a 30 minute wait. After an hour wait and many others walking out because they waited too long, I myself had to walk out as there was still people ahead of me after an hour waiting (missed the 30 minute time frame by a lot). There was only one person cutting hair in the front area as other staff were cutting each others hair in the back area and other staff walking around with their kids distracting the hair cutting going on which just delayed things more. Very slow, unprofessional, and completely no concept of time or care for their customers. This was no different then the first time I was there. This was definitely the last. If you have kids where their attention span of sitting and waiting for an undetermined time, do not go here!!! Even when my wife went with an appointment once she waited well past her appointment time. Many other places to get your hair cut. I recommend going anywhere else but here.
