My GMC truck would not start one AM, I contacted GM Specialist. They were very nice on the phone and took the stress away by arranging towing and a rental car within 1 hour. Later that morning I was contacted again and explained in detail what was wrong and what it would take to get me back on the road. That afternoon I was notified my truck was done. The repaired bill was detailed and less then what I was quoted and everything was one payment, towing, repairs and rental car. This is the way car repair should be, quick, friendly and convenient. Thank you GM Specialist! And I got a free car wash..
