A first class business, from top to bottom, from the owner to the sales force. The entire staff is professional and friendly and make it clear that they are there to help you, the customer.
We have used Clines Carpet One in two of our homes as well as our business over a 12 year period of time with always the same great results. They have done all types of work for us, carpet, tile, laminate, window coverings and linoleum.
On two occasions there were product manufactures warranty issues that were dealt with quickly and to our complete satisfaction. We know of no where that one could get better quality products or service and the best homemade cookies. Highly recommend.

Really nice people
HIghly recommend! Really lovely people. I know they have been around for a long time and after shoping around I felt like I could trust them the best. Their prices were right in there with Lowe's and Home Depot and they have better reviews than anyone else in town. I am really happy with their work. we had hardwood, tile, and one bedroom of carpet done and they did a very nice job. No complaints at all. It's really hard to spend the money right now but they had a good payment plan going on. they broke our monthly payments up into 4 years. Very convenient! Nice people and great service. I worked with Angela and she was great and very knowledgeable. She is the daughter of the owner.

The best selection & service!
A beautiful showroom, highly trained and friendly sales staff, a great selection of area rugs, and an attentive installation crew are all important traits of a good flooring company, and Glines Carpet One has them all. They seem to have been in the area for as long or longer than other flooring stores around, and yet they maintain their closely knit, attentive and available family-run-business feel while offering an impressive level of professionalism.
If you need a specific pattern, they can find it, or something close enough that you won't be able to tell the difference. Their rugs were very interesting, they had a good selection of tile and hardwood, and they even had fresh home-baked cookies! Woo!
Try them out if you're sick of walking around Home Depot or Lowe's looking for a disinterested sales associate that probably won't have much information on what you need to find out.
