Bad Business
Would be zero stars if I could. This is NorCal independantly owned Ashley stores. Ordered $2000 living room set 4 months ago. Still have not recieved. Get told something different every week about the status of the order. No one knows what they are doing. And none of them now what the others are doing, so there is no one that can help you. If you call the warehouse, the store and talk to a manager, you will get 3 different answers. They are trying to keep you on the hook till you give up and cancel. Then they charge you the cancellation fee. Which is what they are threatening us with. Go else where to get your furniture. Worse run business I have ever dealt with.
